Our Cheesy Rice & Veggie Casserole contains a hearty mix of broccoli, carrots, green beans, corn, squash, rice, cheddar cheese, onion, egg, sour cream, cream, mushrooms, butter, garlic salt, almonds, and herbs. Its exploding with flavor and it is vegetarian. 

This comes frozen in an 8 x 8 aluminum pan  and serves 10.
